Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and therefore respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services. If you must cancel or reschedule, ANY cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% forfeit of your security deposit for the reserved services that were paid when you scheduled your appointment.
